Pretty sure any tilting barrel patents have long since expired. Colt wouldnt let it fly if they were still active.

Preliminary injunction issued against ATF. Go to 2:00 to skip the ad and BS. Apparently, Polymer80 is taking pre-orders on full kits, their site says May ETA. Also says no shipping to PA, but I imagine other vendors will step up and not kiss Shitpiro's ass.

Warning: Guns and Gadgets video (*gasp*)

Direct link to ATF statement issued today below the video.

Summary: ATF is royally butt-hurt about the preliminary injunction against the frame and receivers rule, and is basically saying "Eff you" to the the judge who issued the preliminary injunction against their "final rule." I'm not big on plastic fantastic, but this will have a lot of wide-reaching ramifications if Bidet's ATF is allowed to ignore judicial rulings.

But it wouldn't be a violation at all, willful or not, since the judge said no, and hte judge holds higher authority than the atf, which doesn't have any decision making power at all.

Apparently someone is clearly above the proper use of the alphabet.
Strange women lying in ponds, distributing swords, is no basis for a system of government.
