1 - Will you get your handgun back at the end of the encounter ?
2 - Will you have to pick it up at the jurisdictions PD office? or
3 - Will you ever get it back without spending a fortune on legal fees to get it back ?
4 - If you do get it back, will a serial number have been added by some old ass deputy with Parkensons and a dull Dremel tool?

80% Anderson AR lowers are still $55 at JoeBob Outfitters and free shipping.

According to 80% arms, D day is August 9. Can anyone confirm this? Last i had read/heard the final order was signed but not entered into the federal registry, so 120 day time clock hasnt started yet...

And of course, prices are thru the roof there...but they say they are using 100% of the profits to mount a legal battle on this ruling, so...

In their defense, it looks like theirs are all billet/machined from solid. I've never followed those, so is $100 extreme?

I laughed at their 0% lower for $48.99. (Block of 6061)

What's the current rule on selling P80 frames that are already done? For the hobbyist, not a business. What if I wanted to sell one I already did without a slide?

My understanding is once you go over 80% it is now treated as a gun and subject to all the rules... FFL for transfers etc.

My understanding is you can sell it but must serialize it first and transfer thru FFL. Thats pre rule change...who knows wtf you have to do now...sacrifice a chicken, do a little hoodoo dance, and hope the atf gods spare your dog

Never really looked at the billet ones. Maybe thats normal price... i’ve always seen 80% andersons for around $35 or so...and stripped for about $45.

The 20% lower that 80p offers is half the price of the 0% and already looks like a receiver

Even manufacturers are FFLs it's just a different class #.

And yes privately built firearms are still legal
