Call the sheriff back after 15 calendar days and ask.

I*ll wait out the 15 and tackle that if it comes to day 16 just to make sure I don*t fall through the cracks on good ole mr Gov.

Update:

After 10 days on *in Research* I was approved

So those who are indeed looking into LTCF after a Governor*s pardon it*s definitely possible


Steps I took:

I applied for my LTCF 7 days after my pardon:
I filed out the application in its entirety
You answer *No* on have you ever been convicted of a felony(in which the pardon by law absolves you of that conviction)
In the I.D section I added images of my drivers license
Photos of my pardon certificate
And the other papers that have the Pardon Case ID and the over view from BOP(board of pardons) statements that to me gave a character witness testimony

I was processed at the sheriffs office the next day after application, the PSP placed me into *Research* 10 days later I received a text that my application has been approved.

How long befor you got the letter was your hearing??? Just wondering because I had a hearing last year and never got the final paperwork. Just waiting!!!

That was my thought. I figured if I get denied for my LTCF, and buy a firearm* and that were to get denied I could get my appeal set up with PICS on my purchase with my pardon information. And after I get my reversal reApply for my LTCF with my reversal letter

How long did you wait to make a purchase? Was it delayed or did it go straight through?
