Oh how quickly people forget.

We on this board called this a few weeks back.
Said one of the companies that got sold off for cheap was likely to be bought by a liberal, and tanked, in a case exactly like this to set precedent.

Re: Sandy Hook families settle with Remington
Does this now mean precedent for us to start suing Liberal companies for their products as well? LOL
Jimmy cracked corn and HE didn't care! Why should I?

This is like suing the neighbor of "Son of Sam" because his dog was sending telepathic messages to the killer.
Crazy people do crazy things, they don't need ads that trigger the "toxic masculinity" phobia of the woke snowflakes.
Go after CNN and MSNBC and the NYT for their non-stop fake coverage that says Republicans want to poison our air and water and ruin the climate and flood entire nations and enslave all the blacks, because that kind of propaganda WILL send the fringe loonies out to Republican baseball practices or Rand Paul's front yard or mostly-white Christmas parades, to hurt people.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

From my anecdotal observations, many judges are anti-gun. A judge, knowing the finer parts of law, can steer the likely outcome of a trial and get away with it. Try as we might to fend it off, a single person can adversely affect a nation, if not in one fell swoop, in contributing incrementally.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

Re: Sandy Hook families settle with Remington
The Left ALWAYS does this, they see a 99.9% barrier with one tiny exception, so everything falls into that exception.
We make an exception in our immigration laws for people being persecuted by their govt, so EVERYBODY claims that they personally are being targeted in their mud shack by the Supreme Leader of Shitsulu.
Everybody deserves fairness, except for racists? OK, everybody who dares to disagree with the woke, is a racist. Oh, and you can "punch a Nazi", so everybody they hate is a Nazi.
You can't sue Remington just because some loony used it in a crime, unless Remington made a defective gun or marketed it to terrorists? Fine, ALL guns are being marketed to the kinds of people who want ti use guns against other people.
Once you're aware of this Progressive fondness for altering reality to fit their agenda, you see it everywhere. Like Trudeau looking at peaceful protests and seeing a "disaster" that can only be addressed with dictatorial powers.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
