Do I gain anything? Hmmm?? The question in and of itself causes numerous questions. Do I gain anything from having a quiet non-antagonistic neighbor? Hmmm? Curious question.

Did I know what I was getting into? Hmmm??? Does anyone always know what the future foretells? Hmmm?? I dunno. May I ask can anyone tell me the winning number for the state lottery for next Wednesday? I will give a share.

Sounds like good advice. Perhaps start with a co2 pistol to overcome any reluctance? A few pesky garbage raiding racoons in the area may suggest to him that he could reduce their raiding by stinging them?

I have a Daisy Co2 that looks like a S&W 2nd gen 645. It's quiet and I plink with it in my backyard into carboard boxes. They make better ones today. I could probably plink with a 22 pistol if I had one but the Co2 pistol is all good. My neighbor practices with a crossbow and nobody has a problem with that either. Our houses are spaces pretty far apart.

Thank you for the informative and sensible reply. I will take a look at the Daisy as well as the Umirex. Probably will benefit my hearing as well as other concerns.

I had a BBQ at my house a few years back and set up the cardboard box for some shootin' with the Daisy pistol and Crossman 760 air rifle and everyone had a really fun time with it. Sig Sauer has a whole line of air pistols and I've been thinking about getting one of theirs because my Daisy is over 25 years old and I've replaced a few o-rings over the years. The Sigs look to be a much better quality.

Daisy Powerline 93 mine was made in Japan. I doubt that's the case today.

That is a great picture! I had not looked closely until I began this "thread". I will certainly look more as the weather improves. Can you tell me ... compare the discharge sound from what you are shooting to the discharge sound of a .22 LR?

Capitulation is a bad look on you.

Good luck. They'll go Joe Rogan on you.
Your an undesirable. You think this will stop them coming for you? Lol

They have you pegged and likely won't stop till one of you leaves, and will use the HOA to flex their 'feelings'.
Your giving them an inch, and they will try to take your home.
