Now it goes to the State Supreme Court that will rule it is constitutional because the law favors democrats and fake voting. The "Johnny Doc Court" as it's known. Remember Mastriano was the one that pushed this act into existence.

Re: Pennsylvania court just overturned the state’s mail voting law
I could be wrong but I think the version passed was then changed significantly afterward. My recollection was the pasc had a hand in the changes. If this info is incorrect, please correct me.
Let's go Brandon!!!

Re: Pennsylvania court just overturned the state’s mail voting law
You are hot on the trail. Changes were made and both parties supported it. Then the R's saw some problems with it and tried to change it, it passed straight down party lines and Wolf vetoed the changes. Someone took it to court and it made its way to PASC and I think there were two different rulings. 1) The court made an interpretation that was contrary to the Act, basically writing law with their decision and 2) Someone challenged the results of the election based on the violation of the constitution and the PASC denied the case based on latches. Basing the decision on latches tells me that they acknowledged that the law violated the constitution but it was too late because the election was already over. If I interpret this correctly, they should agree with this most recent ruling.

Re: Pennsylvania court just overturned the state’s mail voting law
Fun fact:
Only 1 of the 14 State Representatives who were involved in filing this case ALSO voted against Act 77 when it passed the General Assembly with bipartisan support
He voted against it on an argument of it being unconstitutional because the change would require a Constitutional Amendment that must be voted on by the citizens
Exactly what the Superior Court ruled on Friday
Any guesses?

Brandon's LGBcoin NA$CAR entry had a better chance of staying than this decision does. It's much ado about nothing.
