    Shockingly, the article is referring to the delivery driver as the victim. The suspect is the injured party.

    I think it sounds more like he was casually saying if it's out of sight it's out of mind. Ie you can have it if I don't know it's there. Which would potentially reduce his own legal liability.

    The victim is the one that was getting carjacked. Not the crook who was ventilated.

    Ummmm - I think I want to know what gun and caliber the driver used to shoot the perp with. Sounds like a great reason to NOT use that model/caliber!

    Ummm, not necessarily, how many AVERAGE gun people can shoot center body mass every time in a stressful situation. Just look at police in fire fights (I know, I know most LEO's never practice, but also how much do average shooters practice?)
