    When i was recovering from quadriceps surgery. I disconnected my quad from my knee. I heard someone a minority at walmat say''there is an easy target''. On my way back to my car. I said to myself try it.

    Being mid-80s, unable to run or fight, robber better than 50% willing to injure or kill me, leaves me with one choice...pull the gun. Applying the rule "never point a gun at anything you do not intend to shoot" pretty much sums up what has to occur next...especially with a better than 50% probability it will escalate the robber's aggression...and that is to shoot.

    Now, how does one successfully present all that reasoning in defense of a law suit?
