Once the thugs figure out they're wasting their time robbing and killing po black folk and the real money and loot is in Chestnut Hill and center City condos Krasner will be hiring tractor trailers and bus companies to transport thugs to Graterford. They'll have to build a whole new wing.

Only 5% of Felony gun charges are prosecuted. If that number were increase significantly I bet you would see a precipitous drop in said crimes. So much for common sense.
