You ever shoot your firearms? Every time you put up images they look brand spanking new.

I am a lover of firearms. Owning. Learning how to take them apart. Reassemble. Practice to shoot well, etc. you get the idea.

Both of them are friggin beautiful! You got some nice stuff! I did once but they fell in the river.

^^I do shoot them, not often lately but they definitely get shot. If I am doing pics of one I will clean it up nice for the camera. Or at the least get a fresh coat of rattle can spray paint on them ; )

I really prefer my Border Marshal 9MM.

I have a Border Marshall as well but in 40. I couldn*t get over the heavy brigadier slide with the shorter 4.7 inch barrel so I gave in and bought the full length 4.9 barrel to give it what I consider Berettas trademark look. They are handsome pistols indeed either way, thank you for bringing that variant up, I almost forgot it*s in the safe.

Thanks for the replies and comments everyone. When I bring it to the range there are definitely those who like the old stainless and definitely those who don*t. I happen to be in the camp that likes it a lot but if I had to choose between one or the other I would always go standard all black.
Some people have mentioned contrasting grips, this is a set I had and took off pretty much the day they came in because the *slim* grips are thicker than the stick ones. I put them back on for the picture thread. It*s also taken in natural lighting for those who mention the contrast between the anodized frame and stainless slide. It*s not as severe as the first group of photos suggests.
