Which of these two Beretta 92s do you prefer?

It might be rare, but it just looks to me like somebody went at it with a silver rattle can. I like stainless, some two-tone, even an occasional high-polish, but this one doesn't do it for me.

I've seen the Inox before, and I thought it was a handsome gun. I know the slide is stainless and the frame is anodized aluminum, but I don't remember such a big difference in color between the two.

The Inox is one sexy firearm.

Yeah, see if I was making my perfect one visually, I'd keep the black grips and make the barrel and controls black as well. Although I do like the black grips better on it, just needs a little more for me. Different tastes for different folks I guess.

Of the two I'd go black cause I"m told once you do you never go back My 92FS is black and the only other one I'd want is the Inox. That all silver just doesn't do it for me

It's a real concern. That dude is little and quiet. He'll sneak right up on you.

If I HAD to pick one though....the black all day long. I just don't love silver guns. And Jet Li might not see the black one if it's dark.

Thanks for the replies and comments everyone. When I bring it to the range there are definitely those who like the old stainless and definitely those who don*t. I happen to be in the camp that likes it a lot but if I had to choose between one or the other I would always go standard all black.
Some people have mentioned contrasting grips, this is a set I had and took off pretty much the day they came in because the *slim* grips are thicker than the stick ones. I put them back on for the picture thread. It*s also taken in natural lighting for those who mention the contrast between the anodized frame and stainless slide. It*s not as severe as the first group of photos suggests.

I prefer the black(having an Inox 92FS already). However, the Inox 92FS and Black 92FS have different dust shields. The black 92FS dust shield is slightly angled, whereas the Inox is straight. To get a straight dust shield on a black you have to go with the M9 model.

ago I had one and foolishly sold it. I*m pretty sure it had a straight dust cover but I can*t be positive. I prefer the look of the straight covers all day long. I always felt when compared the slanted made the gun looks somewhat feminine.

I don't know about the older ones, but I know those in past 10 years or so have the slant.

That slant just doesn't look right to me.

I guess I'm racist...I prefer the silver one over black. Add black grips though to offset the silver and it's a true aesthetic winner.
