Not if you bought a long gun, and the shop's still in business. In this case, the form 4473 is still there at the shop. The 4473 and the Acquisition & Disposition records don't go to the Feds until the shop closes, and even then the information's all paper unless the shop got a special variance for computerized recordkeeping. Given the age of the information by the time this happens, I wouldn't worry about it.
