Got a Hellion for a good price. Hopefully it'll be here by the weekend. If it works out and I'm happy with it, my RDB will be in the classifieds shortly afterwards.

Ya got me thinking* I may have to sacrifice a couple of AR*s and AKs to grab one of these. I Just saw a used one go for $1425 on gunbroker*. I bought a used MSAR on here a few months ago, and I have a real man-crush on it. Really enjoying the AUG platform. But maybe I*m just bored with AR*s*.. the Hellion may be even better! The bullpups really aren*t the stretch I thought they would be on the learning curve.

Nice. According to FedEx, mine is being delivered to my FFL today. A full week later than expected. but oh well. Will hopefully have it by Saturday. I would rather have bought a used one, but my sources aren't as plentiful as they once were. Still, I got one for under $1500, so I'm OK with it.

Wasn't aware the Hellion came in anything other than black. Not a fan of FDE, but would have gone with OD green if it was offered in that color.

Picked up my Hellion this morning. Got home and installed a Hogue AR grip and a Magpul VFG. Not sure which optic I'm going to install. It'll either be a PA 1-8 LPVO or a PA 3x or 5x prism sight. The 5x prism isn't out yet, and I'm not sure I want that much fixed magnification for what will essentially be a CQB rifle. Hoping to get to the range next weekend to test it out.

I'm sure if you ask nicely someone will let you shoot theirs at one of the group shoots.
