OK but here is the deal. He IS going to write you a citation for it and confiscate it. You will need to pay a lawyer, and sheriff will be notified, revoke you ltcf. So you will have a revocation hearing in pa, and a federal magistrate hearing, you might win, but not likely.

Others have won and retained thier ltcf. Some even mage a little money off of the bogus charges. So no, you don't automatically lose.
