    Default CLEO for trusts Form4?

It's been a couple years since I last bought a suppressor. I think the last 1 I bought was like 2015? Trying to refresh my memory on what needs to be submitted. I see the F4 looks completely different than the last time I used it.

As of right now I plan on file via the Paper Form4. Maybe I'll go E-file if I can figure out how to register an account since it won't let me right now.

But I have an older SilencerShop Gun Trust (not the one shot trusts) that I used for all my NFA stuff.

Does the CLEO portion still need to be filled out if I am using my NFA gun trust?
Do I still need to fill out a Form 5330.20 "Certification of Compliance" or citizenship certification form?

Any other documents I am missing?
    Form 4 ATF copy
    Form 4 My copy
Form 7 - Responsible persons questionaire and passport photos
Finger prints cards for all responsible persons
    Supporting Trust Documents

I may just go with Silencershops "One Shot Trust" to simply the whole process.

You now inform. No need for sign off. You’ll basiclsly send a copy to the sheriff. Most file it Away in the circular file bin

So fill it out, no sign off from CLEO, but when I get the stamp back, send it off to my CLEO?

You mail them a copy of the application and responsible persons list at the same time you mail the copies to ATF.
