Last Thursday (11/6) I was heading west on route 17 near Horseheads NY at around 10:00 AM. You were driving a dark colored Jeep Wrangler with a PAFOA sticker on the back. I waved to you and you must have thought I was crazy. When I passed you, you saw the PAFOA sticker on my gray Chevy Sliverado and flashed your lights.
