    Default FTF sale to someone in a neighboring state?

    What legalities are involved if I wanted to do a face to face sale of a long gun to someone from Maryland?

    You have two options:

    1. He comes to Pa. and the transfer is done at an FFL
    2. You go to Md. and the transfer is done at an FFL.
