Default "No guns" sign at Don Guanella park in Delaware County - where does this go?

Wasn't there a running thread with "no guns in park" signs? I couldn't find it.

Don't know where the thread is, but back in the day we trained the dogs there... AND I discharged a BB gun...

I remember riding dirt bikes back there. The property was owned by the Catholic Archdiocese. I think they sold it off to developers to pay for the homo kiddie diddlers and Marple Twp wouldn't approve of building there. Big fight ensued, developers lost. My Grandmother used to teach at the school, she had saintly patience for dealing with those kids.

Back in the day, that would generate 9-person hikes by folks that happened to be OCing.

I'd be taking off my jacket, sweatshirt, sweat pants, etc and running around in shorts and a T-shirt. Take that (bunny) coppers!

Don't get me started on "boisterous" or "immoral".

No doubt verboten in the snowflake era, but we used to do the Don Guanella cheer (Note: Don Guanella was a school for mentally challenged kids):

Spoken in a "slow person" voice...

"Clap your hands" (physically stomp your feet three times)
"Stomp your feet" (physically clap your hands three times)
    "Don Guanella can't be beat"
    "We're #1! (hold up two fingers, i.e., make a 'V')

    Yeah, I know, terrible!

We used to go to parties back there at the monasteries. I'm glad they shot that project down, we already have one upper darby.
