Default Requirement for showing LTCF to LEO

So I understand you are not required to show ID when asked by a LEO when OCing provided they have no reasonable suspicion you are committing a crime.

If someone notices an oddity - imprinting through clothes and believes you are carrying a weapon when CCing, call the police, they stop and question you, are you required then to show your LTCF if requested?
Again, under the assumption you are just going about your business and have no reasonable suspicion you are committing a crime. Although, to CC you need the LTCF and unless presented, you are committing a crime by CCing.

False. Unless licensed, you are committing a crime by concealing. While I certainly don't recommend it, if you are 'caught' concealing and don't have your LTCF on you, the law provides two opportunities to produce your license before you are presumed to be unlicensed:
§6122. Proof of License and Exception.

    (a) General rule.-When carrying a firearm concealed on or about one's person or in a vehicle, an individual licensed to carry a firearm shall, upon lawful demand of a law enforcement officer, produce the license for inspection. Failure to provide such license, either at the time of arrest or at the preliminary hearing, shall create a rebuttable presumption of nonlicensure.

    (b) Exception.-An individual carrying a firearm on or about his person or in a vehicle and claiming an exception under section 6106(b) (relating to firearms not to be carried without a license) shall, upon lawful demand of a law enforcement officer, produce satisfactory evidence of qualification for exception.

    (Chgd. by 1.1997, Act 5(l), eff. 6/21/97.)
You can't be licensed and then convicted of "carrying without a license" just because you didn't have it on your person at a specific moment in time - unless you continue to refuse to produce that license to rebut the charge - which would seem kind of silly.

Most people will not notice you conceal carrying unless it peaks from its hidding spot. Most people(especially males) carry stuff on thier belt. I usually carry a flashlight on the other side from my weapon but alot of people carry their cell phones and other equipment and most people would think anything of it
