    The Springfield Krags are alright but there were so many changes by the US ordnance department to change it over its short service life that it wasn't very well thought out unlike the Danish or Norwegian Krags. Thankfully the 1903 Springfield wasn't rushed like the Krag. The ordnance department had to get their shit together.

    S&W 1917 in .45 ACP
    S&W Victory .38 S&W
    1944 Underwood M1 Carbine.

    I never thought about using a horse trough as a miter saw stand. That should be in the tips and tricks thread.
