The Law of Self Defense Principals by Andrew Branca

I just read Attorney Andrew Branca's book, The Law of Self Defense Principals, and found it very informative - including, shit I didn't know that moments. He does a very good job of addressing the 5 principals of self defense: Innocence, Imminence, Proportionality, Avoidance and Reasonableness. He provides important examples for each of the principals, including how not to get on the wrong side of the law in a situation that goes south where you think you are justified to use force. Highly recommend it. It's free on his website, you just pay 8.95 S&H. I ordered the 3 copy option for 19.95 S&H so I could give a copy to my brother who lives and carries concealed in Lancaster city and a copy to a friend that is about to get his LTCF.

I learned of this book as he was one of the Rekieta Law commentators during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. I'm not going to put a link, it's easy enough to find with a search.

The amount of crap they threw in my inbox in the 4 hours between my posts was shocking for a legitimate site. I have used the unsubscribe. We shall see.

Unsubscribe slowed it down, but I*ve still gotten 3 emails since. None having to do with my order.

Yep, 5 times worse than the worst spammers, but "unsubscribe" stopped it immediately.
