Default WTK Artchery Question about Vintage Bows

Since there is No Forum Section for Archery I thought I would post in here.

My neighbors husband passed away a few years ago. She has these two Vintage bows that she asked me to find out if there is any value to them. She has no need for them and she would like to sell them.

One is a Bear Whitetail Hunter, all Aluminum Alloy Compound Bow. I think it is a left handed bow.

The other is a wood Recurve Cow. I don't remeber the make but there is a image of a Arrow Head with the manufactures name in it. I did take pic of it but it came out blurry.

Here are some pictures. I can send these imiages out to anyone who wants them and provides me with an email address.

If you know anyone with knowledge of Vintage Bows please pass on their contact info to me.

I've been trying to sell my Whitetail Hunter for about a year now. Can't get 40.00 for it. The 25# recurve i don't know, but other than a youth starter bow it's probably not worth much.

The compound biw does not have much value at all it has wheels and not cams and not worth the cost to make more modern for shooters. If checked by a competent Archer it could be a young persons beginner shooter ! The re-curve is another matter age will split wood in stress points and would not even try to string it .What you have are wall hangers for a man cave .ARCHERY TALK is a good site to get valuable info . Sorry for the negative info,I have been an Archer for over 55 years and one things for certain there was always anew and better upgrade to be offered . My Favorites are PSE Citation Target for Competition, and a PSE Phase ll for hunting !

I have a Whitetail Hunter hanging in my garage.
If I remember, it's a 50% letoff. I shot quite a few deer with it.

Not sure why it's even still there.

As posted, little value if any. I wonder if you could get a replacement string for the Bear although they are very easy to do.

I still have Bear hunting heads with the insert blades.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.
