Any truth ATF giving illegals exemption to back ground checks

Seems this woman has gone viral with her story. Husband supposedly owns a gun shop and the ATF has informed him that they're giving illegals an exemption on not needing a back ground check to purchase guns. Anyone hear anything especially a gun shop owners to dispute this information?

Seems far fetched but with this Government it wouldn't surprise me.

Doubtful. While foreigners here legally can purchase firearms illegals are prohibited. There is even a specific question asking about legal status on the 4473.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit. I did watch a video where the guy was at an airport and there were a ton of illegals,
waiting to be flown to their city of choice. He said they dont have to go through tsa.

I would put it in the B.S category. The left has it*s share of liars that like to make up stories to get people riled up over fake stories, and the right has it share also.

He may be referring to those who have illegally or unlawfully entered or remained in the United States but were then allowed by the United States government to either enter or remain. If the United States government allows one in or to stay even if it would otherwise be illegal, it is not necessarily clear that one then is illegally or unlawfully in the United States. In such a case, one may arguably not be illegally or unlawfully in the United States if the United States allowed one in or allowed one to stay.

I'm not saying I like it but I understand that under the current administration that a lot of people would fall into this situation (even if only a subset of those who otherwise have illegally and unlawfully entered or remained) and thus arguably they would not be illegally or unlawfully in the United States.

.....same,at this point I have just about abandoned all hope for this country,there seems to be no end or limit to what they are willing to give those people.

The background checks for American truckdrivers are quite extensive and have to go back ten years. How do they perform those checks on the non-English speaking immigrants that are driving trucks now?
