yup. already spoke to the sheriff's office and they gave me the info on what to do. application + DL scan + PSP auth already sent via email. they have seemed pretty responsive, i'm hoping to hear back soon.

i just didn't know if it was a renewal or not since the prev one expired.

well it seems settled. i was emailed at 9am today with the LTCF approval from the sheriff. things have probably changed a lot since my first LTCF in 2012, i remember delco being an absolute nightmare. for both of these applications in monroe, anything the sheriff's office has done has been incredibly quick and without issue.

i think i saw something here or elsewhere about it being a little wild in terms of wait times at monroe county's (maybe elsewhere's) office with the scheduling. they're giving me two options, morning and afternoon. i'm going to dig around to try and find what i read, but if anyone has some helpful tips on when to go to avoid a long wait, it'd be much appreciated.
