AR sights

Looking for a good set of flip up sight for my AR. Was wondering what you guys use and how you like them. Here is a picture of what I have, the only change is the Eotech is not mounted on a spacer it's on the gun now.

I have a set of YHM flip-ups on my 22 upper - they're nice. I think the eotech cowitnesses directly with standard-height sights (including flipups), meaning the dot will be right at the top of the stick of the sight post. Some like a riser so that the sights are below the dot, they think it makes for a less cluttered sight picture - it's all personal choice.

About the flip-ups themselves, mine are ok, they have a good bit of forward-back rocking to them (not loose, but they're not locked completely) - nothing that would affect hitting a 3" plate at 100 yards, but I wouldn't want to try hi-power matches at 600 yards.

The benefit is it is a standard front sight post, so I think you can replace it with a tru-glo fiber optic or a thinner target post.

Here is a thread that discusses ideas for the rear sight aperture. I don't have enough experience with the front ones to make a recommendation for that.
