Police arrested a Montgomery County man accused of shooting and killing a driver because he was angry about him speeding through an alley as he was walking to his apartment, investigators said.

Details, details, details.... then this happened.

Ramos approached the driver side door of the jeep, pulled out the gun and opened fire, shooting the driver six to seven times, according to investigators. Ramos then returned to his home, police said.

Police responded to the scene and found the victim, later identified as Darrius Waller, 36, unresponsive inside the jeep. Waller was taken to Pottstown Tower Health Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The scene was processed and eight 9mm cartridge casings were recovered outside of the jeep.

Legally, the shooter is toast.

Morally, there's a special place in Hell for assholes who drive at 50+ MPH through alleys and narrow residential streets. I guess Darrius is enjoying the heat now.

My Wife works near the hospital, and we still conduct business there. Its defiantly a two gun town.
