This is what happens when you train people to think that they are not responsible for themselves. She's a dumb fuck for getting hit in the street.

A man shot an 18-year-old who was trying to steal his car during a gun battle in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

The teen and another suspect were attempting to steal a car along the 7100 block of Cottage Street at 3:33 p.m. Thursday, according to investigators.
Both suspects got inside the vehicle when the car's owner, a 26-year-old man, heard the commotion and exited the back of his home, police said.

Both the car's owner and the 18-year-old suspect were armed, according to investigators. Police said the 18-year-old suspect exited the vehicle and both men began shooting at each other. Police have not yet determined who fired first.

18 year old suspect: hit 4 times.
26 year old LTCF holder: hit 0 times.

I would bet the 18 year old suspect didn't have the Glock Homeboy Sights installed.

Pennsylvania State Police and dozens of local departments are joining forces to curb aggressive driving, which some say has gotten dangerously out of control.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced that more than 80 departments from Buck, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties will join the Pennsylvania State Police in a "coordinated aggressive driving enforcement wave to help reduce the number of crashes, injuries and fatalities on area roadways."

Cargo theft continues to climb, with freight criminals targeting more cities across the U.S. and making more use of cyber scams and identity theft.
Food and beverage products are the top targets for freight theft in 2023, with an average loss of $214,000.
Los Angeles is the top national target, but the threat is spreading across the country*s interior supply chain to an *unusual* extent, according to a cargo theft expert.

Just reading the book written by the hoodlums in NYC. All of the accessible utility poles up there lean from being backed up against by wary freight haulers who don't want their goods stolen.
