The school didn't have metal detectors. 1800 students? I couldn't even imagine screening that many in the morning. The Erie airport TSA had a big problem with the extraordinary traffic that they had to handle from 176 passengers checking in the day before Thanksgiving because there were TWO flights leaving close together.
