Did he make bail this morning?

The Michigan school shooting suspect has been identified as 15-year-old sophomore Ethan Crumbley.

Too bad, horrible excuse. Were any of the victims his intended targets?
From what the news said, probably not. At this point it doesn't matter.
Charged as a adult. As he should be.

Sure he was bullied. Everyone was at one point but he is a little POS. And apparently he is retarded since he didn't off himself.

He doesn't have a bright future in prison. My brain hurts even imagining it.

One thing jumped out at me, searching for ammo on his phone.
Get ready for a all out ban on buying ammo online and having it shipped to your door.

Link to the MSP document on Firearm responsibilities. The only "Law" I see is that there is a legal requirement to report a stolen or lost firearm within 5 days. The pamphlet tries to use legal/police doublespeak to make it sound like you can be prosecuted if a person under 18 "legally" gets control of a weapon that is unlawfully stored, but does not state that there are legal requirements for storage/locking/access control. That's about as much as I extracted from that. But it seems like that would be more orientated to Civil suit.

Appropriate response on both accounts. Parents knew about it all and even mentioned "don't get caught" when Ethan was seen looking for ammo.

As a parent and responsible gun owner both, I feel they should all be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
