Ruger LCP max 380

Tookmy new Ruger max 380 to the range yesterday. Bought it because of all the great reports on
U tube. Fired two shots and the trigger locked up> would not move no matter how hard i pulled
the trigger. then the pistol failed to cock the hammer even when the slide was pulled back by hand.
It wasn't anything I did wrong as the range officer tried and had the same problem. Called Ruger and they
were very nice on the phone. They made arrangement for the UPS to pick up the pistol and said I would have
it back in two weeks

Bummer, I love mine and have had zero problems with it.
