OTOH, don't know cost of WV LTCF equivalent. Perhaps they charge more up-front to offset the "lost" tax revenue?

Tax, tax, tax. Apologize in advance for the thread drift but how the fuck did we ever find ourselves in a situation where we have to pay sales tax on a vehicle every time its sold?

We've passed that situation. The future now holds for us an accumulated wealth tax, a mileage tax, and a federal estate tax.

You mean you didn*t get your special # yet? Canadians get a special # from the government that allows them to buy rifles on line and have them sent right to their front door. Hell they use our SS# for everything else, why not to purchase firearms?

You ain't seen nothing yet. Wait 'til you want to deposit the cash from those tools you sold because you don't need them any more and they take their cut right out of your bank account to cover those taxes. It's coming.

I don't know that they have a LTCF, I believe that they are constitutional carry.

I can't imagine PICS being replaced by the LTCF, simply because a license could have been issued nearly 5 years ago. A person could have been convicted in that time without the sheriff having taken any revocation action.

I remember when it was. Back at the start before pics was implemented. Show your license and take it home.

I was just a little nipper, nose high to the folding table but I recall my father just giving money and taking it home. He never had a LTCF.
