I don't know that they have a LTCF, I believe that they are constitutional carry.

Right, no license needed to carry (open or concealed) if 21+

However, you can get one if you want. That a) allows you to carry if 18-20 b) allows you to carry in other states that have reciprocity with WV and c) allows you to purchase without background check.

You mean you didn*t get your special # yet? Canadians get a special # from the government that allows them to buy rifles on line and have them sent right to their front door. Hell they use our SS# for everything else, why not to purchase firearms?

I definitely think the system is broken when someone can already have all of these background checks and clearances, and still get delayed every time they purchase another gun

But I also think I should be able to go to WalMart, grab a full auto off the shelf, and go through self checkout

The one gun a month is a completely idiotic idea, there has been multiple times I've bought more than one gun at at time. Honestly I prefer that if I'm going to fill out paperwork and wait a little bit I may as well make it worth my time. There are also people that travel to different shops that have a more uncommon selection of firearms too. That's generally when I'm buying more than one because it's guns I can't find at every gun shop in the state.

My previous state didn't require background check with a concealed carry permit. It was nice.

No one a month bullshit either. Last time I bought guns, I bought two pistols at the same time.

We have to email, call, and even speak with our representatives and senators to show them our thoughts. Even if this will never pass due to taxes and Wolf, our representatives will know where we stand.

They'll never do it because a PICS check is an income generator for the state police. They charge the FFL, and the FFL in turn (after a markup) charges you.

427,000 PICS checks in the first QUARTER of 2021. I never studied mathematics above high school calculus but I can tell you that at two fifty a pop, that is quite a bit of cash over an entire year. Also, PICS has nothing at all to do with the PA State Police Record of Sale.
