    Default 📬 PA voters will pay for mail-in ballot postage

    🗳In 2020, the Wolf Administration paid the postage bill to send ballots. This year, the administration says there's no money for that expense.

    Your thread title and post seems to imply that taxpayers didn't pay for it last year. That would be incorrect.
