Default Optic for my SDS Imports T-02?

I'm not getting any responses elsewhere, so I'll try here.

I recently ordered an SDS Imports T-02 semi-auto riot gun.

It comes with a rail already installed, so I'd like to get an optic for it.

I've got a Pinty optic on my AR, but given the substantial increase in recoil, I'm not sure the same model would be up to it.

Does anybody have any suggestions regarding an optic?

I'm looking at Bushnell, but am open to other options.

I'm willing to spend more than I spent on the rifle optic, but I'm not going to buy a $600 optic for a $260 shotgun.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ghost rings work well for SD ranges on shotguns. Quick target acquisition and not recoil sensitive.

Given that this is not a name brand gun, I'm not sure whether there's a no-gunsmithing solution of that nature.

Sig Romeo 5 should work fine.
Need to get one that has the low mount or low and high mounts.
A lot of the ones for $99 are "high mount (AR15) only."

If searching, the SKU for the one that includes both mounts is SOR52001

EDIT: This is just showing the results on GunDeals
    https://gun.deals/search/apachesolr_search/sor52001
If you find the UPC listed on any of the sites, you can search by UPC and get a lot more results.
Anything not exceeding $120 is a good price for the model that includes both height mounts.

Truglo makes some that are shotgun specific for a bargain basement price. I've always had good luck with their stuff in the "budget" category.

I would second the suggestion for the Romeo 5 because it is a nice red dot and pretty sure it would hold up to your shotgun plus it has the auto shut-off and shake awake feature!!! The Pinty optic has to be turned off and on manually.
If you're using it for home defense the Romeo 5 just makes sense.

I picked up two of these Pinty red dots about a year ago.
    https://pintydevices.com/collections...ht-hrg-5536-bk

With a sale and 15% off I ended up paying about $36 for TWO of them. Shipped.
(I think code "FIRSTIME" or "FIRSTTIME" gets you 15% off)
For a plinker, or tight budget, they are worth looking at.
704 Tactical (YouTube) has reviewed a lot of them.

I have one on a 9mm blowback AR15 and one on a 7.62x39 AR pistol. So far, the recoil has not affected them. Not sure how a shotgun would do.

I bought that model with the intention of leaving it on 24/7 since they claim 50,000 hr battery life.
Unfortunately, it HAS auto shutoff, which is not noted in the specs. I didn't really want that - I wanted it to be on when I picked it up, so I wouldn't need to turn it on.
That said, the push button makes it super easy to turn on fast, unlike a knob style. It also recalls the last brightness setting.

Anyway, I thought I would share, since I have one. They do offer several models with various features.
