System glitch that's been around for a while. Log out and back in and it clears your cookies and you're good to go for a little while.

Don't think of it as a "glitch". Think of it as a "feature" that you get for no extra charge.

Yes, I started getting this last week. Thanks for the logoff/logon tip. That seemed to work, if for a limited period of time. There are a number of possible causes, all on the server side.

The nginx the forum runs on is a November 2018 release. The current version is 1.21.6 released January this year.

One of the administrators want to consider updating?

I think that happens when you log out then back in.

I hit ctrl+H and clear cache, and it fixes it.

Everyone else deletes the double and triple posts.
