This is not going anywhere anytime soon. We're still waiting for the dog-shooters to take an official axe to pistol braces and 80%s. Maybe Brandon told them to cool it and wait until he lets the 60,000 Haitian AIDS maggots in, then he'll come after the gun owners again. Wouldn't want too much uproar at one time.

This bill is not for the current congress, It's for the new fully communist controlled congress that will be "elected" in 2022.

    They'er just getting it ready.

I look forward to the NFA lawsuit where the defendant isn*t already dead or missing.

Considering every single item of the NFA is now in common use by the military and thus has a legitimate military/Militia purpose.

No way the current SCOTUS picks up where US v. Miller left off. Heller effectively eviscerated the amendment's original intent to specifically protect military arms.

Handguns are only tangentially useful in a military context, yet they were at the core of Heller. Select fire rifles, machine guns, grenade launchers, etc are all much more correctly protected by the 2A.
Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

Agree with your last point, however Im not sure I agree with the first two.

Handguns are widely issued thought out the military, and that is only increasing in number. Both the marines and army want nearly every leader to be double carrying, and the only real hold up is funding. Additionally the army has officially changed to an aggressive pistol focused thought process where pistols are considered offensive arms with the m17, compared to the *backup emergency, defensive* thought process with previous pistols.

Additionally I am unaware of any causes that challenges laws based on Miller.

This is kinda scary. Not an expert on whether this would actually work for what the Communists want to do, but it seems like it would. Seems to do an end-around around the filibuster, and I imagine the Parliamentarian would go along with it since it affects the budget.

A House Democrat plans to introduce a bill that would hit AR-15's with a 1,000% tax * and it could pass Congress without GOP votes

The recent violence is prompting one House Democrat to draft a measure aimed at severely restricting access to the AR-15-style weapons used by different gunmen in the carnage. Rep. Donald Beyer of Virginia, a member of the tax-writing Ways and Means panel, wants to impose a 1,000% excise tax on assault weapons.
