Qualified Immunity is nothing more than a license to break the law and violate Constitutional rights without repercussion. The judge in this case obviously recognized that and ruled accordingly. Very rare indeed that a judge has decided the Constitution is a relevant matter.

And judges will continue to enjoy immunity from the innocent being found guilty and incarcerated as a result of their bad rulings from the bench.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
