I was shocked to view the video and see that the insane female waving the gun around was a black woman.

I assume that if she's caught, she will allege that the staff called her a racist word.

I couldn’t appreciate until later in life the early lesson the nuns taught with an iron fist in first grade: impulse control. From time to time, we had to sit quietly with feet on the floor and hands folded on the desk. Damned hard for a six year old. But you learned self control early or got the crap beat out of you. Or kicked out of school. And that was the foundation of taking responsibility and being able to grind away towards achievement.

Self control and self discipline is always evident in the happy, successful, well adjusted person. And the opposite.

Because you're out in public. One upon a time, it was the social norm to present yourself well in public. People tend to be more civil if feeling good about themselves because their well-dressed. In other words, they behave themselves more. Mob bosses, lawyers and politicians excepted, of course.
