Re: Loaning a pistol across state lines
Similar question. It is legal in PA to loan a firearm to an LTCF holder. Let's say my buddy loans me his 1911 for a couple weeks and I have plans to go out of state (say someplace in the U.S., not a People's Republik). Is there anything at the federal level that would cause me grief? Is there anything in the states that would allow me to carry (I have PA/UT/AZ) that would explicitly jam me up if I carried a gun that was not "registered" to me?
