Default Plaintiffs needed for LTCF Lawsuit

GOA is looking for a plaintiff to add to our class-action lawsuit against the City for LTCF delays. We are looking for someone who wants to get an LTCF but has not applied yet. If you have a relative or a friend who wants to get an LTCF, please email me their contact information at val.finnell@gunowners.org.

Any update on this? Are you still looking for plaintiffs or do you have enough? What does it entail and are there any repercussions from the city one has to deal with after signing on to become a plaintiff in such a case?

Well something worked. Yesterday applied for a renewal.
This morning I received an eMail saying I had been approved.
    Under 24 hours.
    I was shocked.

Double surprise. My wife applied Thursday for a new one, not a renewal, and had the same rapid approval.
Looks like available appointment times are running about 10 days out. That's still pretty good.
