8+1 in the 5" 1911 at 3/3:30. 2x8 at 9/9:30. 25 rounds of 230gn goodness.

Been carrying it that way for ~6 years. Feels strange without the counterbalance.

I keep two extra mags in my center consul. And keep a second gun with two mags in a go bag behind the seat.

Normally I have my Shield Plus with 13+1 in an IWB holster and maybe a spare 10rnd mag in my pocket but a while back in Philadelphia when the riots, looting & fires (I mean peaceful protests wink wink) were going on I switched to an M-Tac shoulder bag with my Glock 19 w/15+1 in the pipe and 4 spare 15rnd mags and 2 extra 27rnd mags. That's 130 rnds. Why so much you ask, because that's all that would fit...

None.I live in Philly but I'm not terrified to the point that I feel the need to be armed to the teeth or prepared for a gun battle everytime I leave my house.

One, with a second in the console. If I*m going somewhere sketchy it*s still 1 & 1, just a bigger gun with 15-17 round mags.

If there is a chance of civil unrest, say ANTIFA/BLM and I*ve got to navigate around an urban area, then a rifle & Pmags in the trunk.
