    "If we were to project, we're on pace to recover almost over 6,000 guns, illegally owned crime guns, off the streets of Philadelphia," said Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw.
    But they haven't locked up 6000 illegal gun users , have they?

    Ch.6 used to have a comment~forum. Most comments got removed by the editors , because freedom of speech and freedom of the press no doubt!
