    It's been my experience when I lay down irrefutable facts their retort is always the same, "We have to do something". If it's with a woman it's nearly inevitable "If only for the children" excuse finds it way into the discussion.

    Not judging personally but this is the police commissioner of a major city? Does she actually have on-the-job police experience out in the field? Oh yeah, guess where she came from? The highly-successful Portland, Oregon police department.
