    Default S&W M&P 12

Another tacticool bullpup shotgun with two magazine tubes will hit the market thanks to S&W, dubbed the M&P 12.

I figure it appeals to someone, but that isn't me. I'd rather have the older Model 3000 than this thing.

Really shitty timing on their part. The various Turkish tacticool 12 gauges out there (both AR style and bullpup) are starting to drop in price because there is a glut on the market.

Theirs is fully ambidextrous like the KSG and KS7, so they have that against all of the other bullpup shotguns on the market.

Has anybody done and published any sound level measurements of one of these at a persons ear since the chamber is in the buttstock and as such basically right next to your ear?

I would imagine that given it's a pump action, the issue isn't so much the chamber next to your ear but more so bullpup bringing the muzzle closer to your ear.

I have a KS7 and it's no louder to me than shooting my 590. But I always wear ear pro.

Agreed. I have the KSG. With ears on, it's not any louder than my cousin's Stoeger.
