I think he is dreaming of the appropriate reaction of the manufacturers if a law this stupid is actually passed! Thinking of it I've often thought that when a city or state gets really stupid and enacts a dumb law, that the manufacturers and suppliers should refuse to sell to them. The closest to that was Ronny Barrett refusing to do business with Police in CA when they tried to outlaw .50 BMG rifles.
