I propose HB1011, an act to allow people to voluntarily add people to a list of people who can go fuck themselves.

This is just a tool to be weaponized against people that the state can't figure out other ways to disarm. If you are charged with some other crime or facing an ugly divorce proceeding or other lawsuit, this will be used as leverage to compel people to "voluntarily" surrender their 2A rights in exchange for the rest of them.

"Oh, you want shared custody of your kids? Put your name on this list and give up your guns or you'll never see them again!"

Just a matter of time.

Basically it lets them build the entire system and infrastructure to support "voluntary" do-not-sell and then basically uncheck one box to make it an "involutary" system...

Even on a 'voluntary' basis, I see lots of shenanigans with this by folks with enough info to 'validate' they're you... Parents, ex-wives, wives, siblings, etc.
