Re: Former Remington Arms Insurers cave in on Sandy Hook lawsuit
No, no, it's the paper manufacturer's fault. They should have known the people they sold paper to would allow you to steal it and then use a defective pencil to write illegal things. Make sure your suit also names the banks that lent money to the timber farms that supplied the paper mill with wood- they have big compliance departments and should have known their customers would supply products to paper companies that would sell paper to people from whom it would be stolen and used for illegal purposes. Now that I think about it, better name the truck drivers who moved the timber too, those motherfuckers crossed state lines in the commission of their heinously negligent act!
...or...
Maybe it would be better to admit that allowing CCW works.
It's a profound commentary on human psychology, to observe that people more easily believe shit like this suit than they believe GIVING GOOD PEOPLE MORE TOOLS = GOOD.They even have minds but do not think. -Dov Fischer

When dealing with retards...facts never matter. Its always about their damned feelings. No reason, no logic...just an adulterated approach to make those who hate your product, more inclined to continue throwing shit at the wall and see what sticks. Well, we know what sticks. Bloomberg is throwing tons of money into these suits now...until an unbiased federal judge negates this case.
Insurance companies don't care about the outcome its all about the Benjamins...

Mexico sues U.S. gun firms, seeks $10 bln
The Mexican government on Wednesday presented a civil lawsuit against several weapons manufacturers in a U.S. court, alleging negligent business practices that caused damage in Mexico, according to a foreign ministry document seen by Reuters. Gavino Garay reports.
More From Reuters
I think this lawsuit is only happening because of the Sandy Hook settlement.

I think it is Hollywood*s deliberate portrayal of guns as glamorous which prompted the shootings. Also it was the liberal press*s sensationalism of gun related homicide which caused that guy to murder kids. Sue Hollywood and MSNBC.
