FRT-15 in action
There are videos around showing this thing but some of us like to hear from real world people.
Potential AFT honeypot and all aside, here is a quick clip of three shots with the FRT-15 installed in my mutt AR-15.
If anyone is interested in one for themselves I picked up two extra for friends and still have one available. I'm not sure if they are open to the public or not but they have only been selling restocks to people who have previously bought them. They retail for $380+shipping.Last edited by XavierBK; July 17th, 2021 at 05:55 PM.

Re: FRT-15 in action
It is a Forced Reset Trigger for the AR-15.
During a shot cycle the trigger is forcefully reset by the bolt. Normally a trigger only resets when you release it. Since this gets forcefully reset you are able to do another "pull" without moving and the cycle continues.

Re: FRT-15 in action
Yeah, they look like the best option yet in terms of faux FA.
If I had the money, I'd buy one. But I don't.

Re: FRT-15 in action
I saw videos of spring failure. Looks like it can be fixed but the company doesn't want to fix the issue.

Re: FRT-15 in action
They've actually modified the design to address that issue. The two additional ones I ordered came with the modification and they sell the parts to retrofit original ones.

Re: FRT-15 in action
I*m not a fan. Yeah, yeah... I spent my youth being mesmerized by FA firearms. Always seemed the holy grail of things. But then I spent years in competition, becoming an Instructor, learning ballistics, improving my Gunsmithing/Firearms building skills. During these years I*ve had extensive hands on learning/use of many different FA firearms. The M16, MP5, UMP9/40/45, Thompson, G36 and a few others to lesser degree. Using & maintaining week after week..sometimes daily! It gave me a hyper appreciation for SEMI auto, and Bolt Action.
To the point of these trigger assemblies....each one is BORDERLINE equal to the symptom of shaving down the disconnecter. I*ve researched kits like the RareBreed which operate on Slam Firing...and as a result, I believe the looming threat of firing Out of Battery exists. But that*s just me. For anyone not understanding that, I advise learning before spending $400 on a fancy trigger-bump fire deice which will decrease accuracy.....by a LOT!Remember Biden the Pedophile! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSRqaO6DXcA
