Saturday Night Specials, Cop Killer Bullets, Assault Weapons, this is what the left does. They*ve been doing it with guns since I can remember. Hell, it*s probably what they did to gin up support to get the NFA passed.

They vilify anyone or anything that stands in their way of absolute power The fact that guns are inanimate objects doesn*t even enter the equation.

Same playbook used for reefer madness and the war on drugs.

Here's a recent article from the Philly Inquirer liberal rag regarding the illegal sale of a ghost gun. But notice how the headline reads. All part of their game. Oh yeah, in case you were wondering, it's the usual suspects.

My wife saw the same broadcast apparently and we discussed what exactly defines an "illegal gun". Possession by a prohibited person? Removal of the serial number? Modification that enables automatic fire or chopping a barrel? I don't think the people reporting on it could answer that question but it doesn't matter because the people searching for shit to be afraid of will eat it up. The same people who are still walking around with masks on but are too dumb to even wear them correctly are the type that hear "illegal guns" and are simultaneously delighted to have a new subject of recreational outrage but devoid any knowledge on the topic that wasn't spoon fed to them by CNN.

Yes, absolutely, why would I not be? That would be an accurate reflection of the facts, based on Pennsylvania law at least (FFL transfer required for all handgun transfers, except between direct relatives).
