I just dropped mine off this morning. Hoping to get a tag for 3D. Only way I'm shooting a doe this year is if I get a shot with my revolver. I missed one last year at about 50 yards. I got a red dot after that so it should be a little easier now. It's tough with iron sights in the woods. My eyes just suck.

I was awarded a first round doe tag sometime today. The new system doesn't indicate WHEN like the old system. I was able to see my tag under the "REPORT A HARVEST" tab. I won't be sending in for any more tags. This one has a T/C Contender pistol in 30-30 on it. 1970s vintage but new to me. I could complain here about the new system giving me errors, kicking me completely off and just being horrible overall, but I won't. I don't believe that over the counter doe tags are a great idea with the system working like it does. I buy over the counter doe tags in NY and it is simple, but people there aren't as crazy about the tags as they are here.

I took one last year with an iron sighted Super Blackhawk. It's challenging!

Yes. Pike County. It probably helped that I dropped in a mailbox about a mile from the County Treasurers office.

I have a good process for getting mine to the County Treasurer on the appropriate Monday. Mine was processed on Monday, but the county I send to generally waits and sends them out closer to September.
